Commoners | Settlement at a High Speed Rail Station

This is an environment for my ongoing personal project set in a post-apocalyptic world where a revival of alternative forms of government took place after a nuclear holocaust that wiped out most of civilization. Hundreds of years have passed, and several factions with different political ideologies are still competing for dominance in the wasteland. The "Commoners" are people independent of any factions who either choose to live a nomadic life or reside in a Common settlement.
The main building in this scene was once a densely populated area surrounding a high speed rail station before the holocaust. It is similar to a town that is self-contained in its economy, education, food, etc. After the holocaust, it was taken over by the Commoners and became the home of hundreds of families once again.
